The router uses OpenWrtOS and has a pre-installed multi-protocol VPN client which can be configured for p2p secure alarm messaging and video-streaming protocols. The serial and I/O interface can be used for any specific IoT project with RS232/485, GPIO(s), I2C/UART, ModBus and LoRaWAN.
